Book Your Booze With Baller Experience

Ready to lock in your event? Select your preferred date and time and tell us a bit about your party. Whether it’s a private celebration, pop-up, or themed event, we’ll bring the bar, the flavor, and the full vibe.

After you submit your request, a BWB team member will follow up within 24-48 hours to confirm details, customize your package, and finalize your deposit.

Minimum 2-4 weeks’ notice preferred for full-service events

A deposit in the amount of 50% of your total package will be charged at the time of booking with the remaining balance due the day of the event.

Deposit is refundable if the booking is cancelled BEFORE 72 hours of the event.

All bookings do not include alcohol, but you can add on the shopping to your booking if you’d like, for an additional fee.

Booking is not confirmed until deposit is received.

ALL cancellations should be made at least 72 hours in advance. Any cancellations made after that time frame is subject to forfeit of deposit per contract agreement.

BWB is available for events within 45 minutes of Milwaukee, WI. Additional rates apply for distances longer than allotted time.

All bookings are flexible for start times up to an hour in advance for set up before the event and will receive a full 4 hours of service.

• Example: Sunday booking at 6:30pm but your event isn’t until 8pm and you need 4 hours. Set up will be at 7:00pm and services will be ready at 8pm.

Additional hours are added to the end of the booking.
